Matrix game prob please help??

just got my new system with a gigiabyte 8ik1100 motherbaord. now when i play enter the matix sometimes i crash to a blue screen saying about this file "alcxsens.sys". i have recently overclocked my card could it be to do with that or is it sound driver which i think this file is related to please help?

The Matrix PC game was crap to begin with. So it might be the game itself.
