Ys VI in English

hybrid23 asked me about this when I posted screens of the game. Konami has just aquired licensing rights to the game and will translate it to english and release it on consoles. They don't say which consoles, though. The current planned release date is winter 2004. Here are links to the gamespy article and the Konami press release.

The only problem I have with this is that Konami has problems trnaslating the title, which is already in english. According to the press release "Ys" is pronounced yeez, but it isn't, unless that the y in yeez is silent. ??? is the japanese spelling, which if you can read it is ees (I maybe wrong on this pronunciation, but I know that there isn't a "y" sound in the word). The other thing is that the original thile of the game is Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim, in the Konami press release it is called Ys VI: The Arc of Napishtim. An Ark and an Arc are two completely different things, hopefully it was just a spelling mistake.

Edit: The japanese text isn't being displayed for me. Is there a certain way I have to put it into a post?
