4000 High Rez (w/high quality textures)
4600 Low Rez

Pentium 4 2.53/533bus
1024 333Mhz DDR
Ati 9700 pro (3.7 catalyst)

It seems the ati's have a small advantage over the fx cards, especially the lower fx cards. I have no preference of ati or nvidia, It's just when I bought my Vid card Ati was king at the time, and of course I want 'my' system to be at top (just like everyone else)

Also my system had several progs running in the backround which might have slightly effected performance.

You will need to buy the PS2 HD 40GB for $100. There is also a network adapter. A USB keyboard will be very helpfull for communicating too. For some people, upgrading their comp might be better. You don't need that good of a comp to play the PC version. This new benchmark is really rough.

Anyway.....

High = 2861 (1280x960)
Low = 3661

Now i'm just hoping for a playable demo

well i have all of those except the hard drive. so it's either that or PC. anyone who lives in nor-cal who wants to trade FX5600 for 9700 pro?
