Please Tell me about some good pc games

Since I have upgraded my computer I can think about running those newer games now, so please recommend me some good pc games.

I like action/adventure and sports games a lot. I dont like strategy games or fps games that much.
I havent been able to run anything released after gta3. So that should be the release date criteria for some new /good games .

Hey if you want some action, try Max Payne, and if you download the mods you´ll have a lot of fun,
really, nice graphics, storytelling, action.
I´ll recomend it.

Hitman 2
Splinter Cell
Outcast (old)
MDK 1&2 (old)
Metal Gear Solid (old)
Severance (old)

They're the good action/adventures I can think of on PC other than Max and GTA3/VC.

Splinter Cell.. a VERY good strategic game... well there are really some old but good one like Commando 2 which you can also try...

they´re fps but they give you the feeling.

how about Morrowind? thats a pretty good RPG to get some adventuring done in.

First of the newest game that might interest you is Jedi Academy, that might be a good buy.

1.Mafia is a CLASSIC buy it ASAP
2. Splinter cell is good stealth game.
3. Gothic 2 is also good adventure rpg.
4. MGS2 Substance (if you have a gamepad) is great.

even though jedi knight jedi academy is technically fps... u barely even use first person mode, just run around the levels with lightsaber mode, in fact, it plays a lot more like soul reaver than a normal fps

not quite as many puzzles but whatever

Deus EX: the best FPS game ever!
GTA Vice city: Best game ever! (Better than the PS2 one)
Unreal 2: GREAT graphics!!!!!!
Desert Storm: Fun!
Final Fantasy 8: Old, but still great! Better than the PSX version, exept for the musics!
Midnight Club 2: Superb
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2: Many tracks, many cars, great graphics.... Perfect!

Prafull. you might want to check out The Temple of Elemental Evil. It is brand new and is a Dungeons and Dragons game. It is set in the GrayHawk universe. It uses the latest version of the D&D rules, version 3.5. I just picked it up and looks really really good. So you may want to consider it as well. It is for the PC.

I would reccomend MDK1. MDK2 was ok but bleh, you had to play the dog and the doctor....

Oh and about sports game, NHL 2004 is kewl and Pro Evolution Soccer 3 aka Winning Eleven 7 is going to be released on the PC for the first time around November (Europe) and February (N. America).

that could be one of the mad insane understatements of the year...'some' adventuring...you'll spend more time adventuring then you will doing the quests...still a great game though...

I also second that...i beat that game...Undying is a great FPS that is demented and not too action'y...you can pick up a lot of these in the bargain bin...and UT2k3 is a must in my book...just because there are so many great mods about to spurt out...but wait for 2k4 if your considering it...its 'supposed' to come out in like 2 weeks and it includes 2k3

iss pro evolution (pc)

silent hill 2

alone in the dark 4

tomb raider 6 (this game brings lara back to it's past succes)

hitman 2

crazy taxi 3

well there is pretty good pc games more than fps .

but for fps try

medal of honour (specially when u have a good net connection)

red faction

unreal tournament (don't laugh guys , but for me it's way better than ut 2k3 )
