I think I should really finish playing Xenosaga Episode I before really commenting on those pictures or analyzing them deeper. I probably shouldn't have even looked at them. But they do look pretty nice. I did have some gripes with the KOS-MOS model in Episode I, and they might fix that now.

they took off the anime atmosphere, seems like the old big round eyes are gone (not complaining though the screenshots are awesome)

All the characters looks better in episode 2, though I think I'll miss KOS-MOS old design.

as for it being german, it was kind of german influenced in the xenogears too. don't know why, but i assume its because german words sound cool. and that seems to be the most popular marketing strategy.

Well, the Xeno story is filled with lots of refferences to racism, I guess the german words are here to reffer to germany's dark ages.

I am about to purchase Episode I. Wall Mart has made a special offer for Xenosaga epI for 44 CAN $ and I cant miss that offer ...the PS2 will come afterwards :P. These shots look superb, I cant wait for the game to be released here

Doesn't 'Böse' mean 'Angry'? That's what I learned, I'm sure of it. "Ich bin böse" = "I'm angry".
