Official Box Art for Prince of Persia Sands of Time

Well it looks like all four version of the new Prince of Persia will be coming with a Bonus. I guess the original Prince of Persia. Plus the PC version will cost $40 instead of $50 because it is releasing later than the Console version. Source: EB Games

Here are the official covers for the Xbox, PC, GBA.

Re: Official Box Art for Prince of Persia Sands of Time

I wonder about the main character in Prince of Persia. He doesnt look like someone from central asia ( Iran, Pakistan, Afganistan,...etc). Looks like "Prince of Spain in the land of Persia" to me , I could be wrong though

Yours,

damn Zap, you're really looking forward to this game, eh?
as for the ethnicity, maybe they're going for a more generic look for obvious reasons...

Re: Official Box Art for Prince of Persia Sands of Time

I've raised similar question about the Prince's look since Zapages posted the first images of the game.
Recently, the team revealed that the Prince actually dressed much more like he used to, in the beginning of the game. As the game progesses, the Prince goes through a lot of action, and the fancy clothing is not so fancy anymore. He ends up looking like that on those boxes.
Makes sense to me.

BTW, I don't know how anyone can dislike PoP3D. It's the best 3D adventure I ever played.

/me gets the anti-flame shield...

Actually, I second you opinion, PoP3D was a superb 3D adventure with an unique feeling... I suppose that ppl were busy paying more atention to the "'oh great" Tomb Raider and Lara Croft's body
