You think this new Ps2 game is good, True crime: streets of La.
its coming out in september on xbox and gamecube too. its supposed to be in the "grand theft genre, but also like a strong rpg- style character devolpment where you choose how to progress.
There supposed to be martial arts styles . you can also some cool max payne- style slow-motion dodging action
what every you heard bout this game tell me

It is more like GTA but the gameplay looks supreme. The martial arts hand to hand combat looks deep enough and the action with the gun is also damn hot. Plus, the driving looks cool enough. I have it on my "Must Buy" list.......

I hope that they have a roam/exploring/pedestrian killing mode available right off the bat, because the getaway sucked imo because you had to beat the game to explore the city/kill innocents.

octopus, your right about the freeroam mode. you had to beat the game to get it, that was stupid...
it would be cool in true crime you can also take people hostage like in getaway
