Okay i honestly didnt know if i should post this in Open topic or hear, I was debating. but anyway, im talking Movie wise. does anyone know if their gonna make a sequile to Resident evil?? they ended it pritty crapy...

Greetings,

I liked the first Resident Evil. It was a good movie, specially when compared to other games that became movies.
And AFAIK the second movie is already being done, and will feature Nemesis (they leave a big clue in the end of the first movie).

They've changed the sequel's title from "Resident Evil: Nemesis" to "Resident Evil Apocalypse".

at least they are basing it partially off a game...i aht ethose that have nothin to do with the game like Final Fantasy, Street Fighter (wHICH sucked anyways) and tomb raider

Nemesis was a big ugly dude with an attitude problem on the third part of the saga. In fact, 'it' was the bad guy... of course, zombie-guy. Very similar to the tyrant on the first part, or that other big one on the second, this featured some dangerous skills like weapon handling... Very annoying.

alright so im confused. whats the title of the new one. in the sites
Omegainf provided one of them has two titles for the movie. RE: nemisis and Apocolyps Which one is it? not unless their two seperate movies. btw, shouldnt they have droped the nemisis part by now since the release of "star trek : nemisis" which would only confuse people??

And, as I said earlier: "They've changed the sequel's title from "Resident Evil: Nemesis" to "Resident Evil Apocalypse"."

So the title is: Resident Evil: Apocalypse.

mhhh so Mira Sorvino is still in the list for the Jill role, I wonder if she would accept such a role.
I'm surprised that Milla Jovovich is back. The first movie was bad but the invested a lot of money in FX, well done scenarios, etc. I think they could've done something better with all money.

The IGN link that Omegainf gave said that Jill and two other mysterious characters. The other link Omegainf gave showed someone cast as Claire Redfield, so it's safe to assume that the other character straight from the game is Leon. This would fit because RE2 and RE3 happen at the same exact time.

heh, all the answers about Nemesis can be read from the Wesker's report 1 & 2, it was an special B.O.W. developed by Umbrella Europe specially designed to slay the remnant S.T.A.R.S. members. Also Wesker was interested in the Nemesis data for his own purposes.
