Unhappy Games refuse to work on XP

After I Installed Windows XP the following games that I owned either refused to work or come up with some major bugs:

Alien Vs Predator Gold - Slows down dramaticallly through the entire game, menu, cutscenes etc.

Star Wars Episode 1 racer - I get a blank screen after the intro video.

Rally Championship - Exits when I start playing the game.

Are there any patches to make these games work on WinXP?

Have you tried running them in Compatibility mode? Just right-click the game executable, go to the properties and select Windows 98 in the compatibility section. Some games worked way better afterwards.

There's no real remedy for that kind of problem you have to look for XP patches over the Internet or updtaes for the games I'm sure there are some fixes if not then instal Win 98 or Me on other partition Good Luck

>Alien Vs Predator Gold - Slows down dramaticallly through the entire game, menu, cutscenes etc.

I have this game running fine if I skip the cutscenes. There seems to be some kind of bug there.

>Star Wars Episode 1 racer - I get a blank screen after the intro video.

There is an XP patch for this on the Lucas website

>Rally Championship - Exits when I start playing the game.

There is an XP patch for this game. Try searching Google
