Best player i am not so sure , but i heard from my fren that theres a youth in Millwill named Cherno Samba is good , he's a striker.
U can get him for almost free

well , about tactics , im currently playing a " christmas tree " style..
i cant describe here ...

Currently I'm using 4-4-2 default tactic with some change and it's good (especially with Gung Ho)
