i don't think the system reqs are very high, but a dial-up might be a little slow for it, especially considering the server problems.

yeah. it lags horribly on adsl when theres over 8000 players on the server. at 6000 to 7000 its fine. so im assuming it would be unplayable with dialup. plus the install download is almost 600mb...
