I really doubt it. The Warcraft III engine is for a real time strategy game, not for a Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game.

WoW was anounced about 8 months ago and its using a completely difrent angine that looks like wc3 on purpose.

And? Does that mean that Emporor: Battle for dune and the Dune remake use the same engine?
RTS' and MMORPGs have drasticly different requirements from an engine. It would make no sense at all to use the WarIII engine in WoW
