Exclamation Do you finish an rpg before buying another one?

I have bought rpgs and would always buy another one before finishing the one before.

I don't have any NextGen consoles, just PC. I find that for the PC, the good RPG's are few and far between, although the playing time can be much longer than console RPG's. Anyway, last RPG I got was Neverwinter Nights... before that... err... I don't even remember.

In the past though, like yeloazndevil said, I'll buy one before I beat the next, but I won't start playing it until I beat the first one... unless the first one is reaaaaally bad, or the second one is reaaaaaally ridiculously good, but that hasn't happened for awhile.

It all depends. Bills before games. If I can though, I buy more rpgs even if I've still got some I haven't finished. Though usually if I don't finish a game within a few months it's because I didn't like the game and am likely to never finish it.

For console games I always try to at least finish a RPG or get so frustrated with an RPG to the point where I vow never to play it again before I start another.

Note: on those ones I get frustrated, I usully play them again after I've cooled off for about a month .

I still have about 15 RPGs still unplayed-nyo, including Xenosaga-nyo. I'm simply too busy with more important things, but at the same time I can't pass the opportunity to acquire them-nyo. Some of them are already last copies in the stores where I got them-nyo.

not always, i have far less time, a lower attention span, and a more critical attitude than when i was younger, so I find myself often not finishing games that aren't "uber" or whatever.

I generally finish a game before going on to another one unless the game is bothering me for whatever reason and I'd rather start up another one.

i usually finish playing a game before buying a new one. but recently, i've just been buying game just to have them.
i'll get around to playing them someday. i have tales of destiny2, tribunal and red alert 2 on the backburner until i get through BG2.

p.s. long live sequals!
