iv been hearin alot of stuff about this game. does anyone have it? im alittle lost, it says that you can build and design the cars.. and alot of people are saying you cant. anyone know?

after reading that, so inother words. the only car you can actualy modify is the one in campaing mode? No other cars can be modifyed? strange..
