Talesweaver Character Creation

I got my account set up pretty easily, but the character selection I run into a problem. I select my character, give the character a name and then go to select character and it gives a help message. I've tried entering different names and it still won't let me create a character, any idea on what could be going wrong?

Most likely the name you are trying to use is taken already.

I don't think it has anything to do with my name being already taken. If anyone can translate the korean that might help. I tried Smashingblue, and I know that's not a taken name.
