No One Lives Forever 2 problem
I just got this game- but the trouble is, I can;t play it ![]() When i click on PLAY at the autostart menu, i get an error message saying: "ERROR in CInterfaceMgr::Init(): Could not initialize InterfaceResMgr" I have already contacted Sierra support (last week) regarding the problem, and still waiting for their reply.. does anybody know how to fix this? thanx~

There must be some forums for the game, check them out. I never had problems with the game but I always keep-up-to-date

Make sure your card supports HARDWARE T&L, and not software t&l. That may be the problem, if it is, I have a tweak to get around it, just let me know. If not, got to the game's community page, they got great help there. I ran the game on a Voodoo5, and they said it wasn't possible, *evil laugh*

Voodoo5 has software t&l so in theory if tweaked around you can get it to work, just disable HD T&l. Anyway, during the whole game I couldn't use the flashlight as it would crash to desktop, dunno if it was just a game glitch of had something to do with t&l.

Geforce 4 MX DOES support hardware T&L doesn't it? I guess I'll check out some official forums.

Either you have a crappy copy of NOLF2, or a crappy installation of Windows..... I have a copy, and it works fine on my rig, and i've tested it on Win XP and Win 98....but, i'm sure it should work in ME as well... ready2rumbelX
