Square's return to form.

Well Square released a couple of corkers back with Final Fantasy 7, Xenogears and Final Fantasy Tactics, then had a slightly less than a spectacular run with Chrono Cross and Final Fantasy 8 and 9.
Final Fantasy X was superb, but Square have won me over once again with Kingdom Hearts.
What's other peeps opinion of this superb Action RPG.

I am waiting for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles before giving my answer. Square has done nothing but displease me with FFX-2, but I am willing to overlook that if the other two I mentioned rock.

I still don't like the idea of a sequel to a Final Fantasy. That's my biggest gripe with it. My other major gripe with it is that all the female characters in the game look skankier than Lara Croft. That takes effort.

PS: I want Amano-sama back.

It's awsome I love it. I was a bit worried about the Disney stuff to begin with, but this games so good I don't care.

Yes but just because they may (in your opinion) look like whores doesn't mean that they will act like whores, or that the plot will suffer as a result. As I said about this game, and about Kingdom Hearts: Don't make rush judgements, wait till we see the finished pruduct.

Yeah, and he also makes an appearance in Kingdom Hearts, along with some other old FF Characters like Cloud. Just like how in Super Mario RPG for the Snes, you could fight a boss from Final Fantasy 4 (? IIRC, its been a Long Time) as a sidequest.

about kingdom hearts, I STILL dont get it!! what does squall and cloud have to do with disney characters? i tried looking for an intorduction over the net, but i cant find a suitable one. all i find is game rankings, some screenshots and thats it!!
