Age Of Empires 2 and Fifa 2003 (PC Games) in WinXP problems

May I know why I got this error.Something like this (This program need to be closed) when trying to play Age of Empires 2 : The Age of Kings and Fifa 2003? This happened when I'm using Windows XP.Is it compatability problem or my computer's problem?Is there anyway I can fix this problem,would anybody let me know,please.This problem doesn't happened in the previous version of Window.I already tried the program compatability wizard but it also doesn't solve the problem.Is this problem happened to anybody else?Please help me......

Well there is no problem with your computer hardware, problem of such type is mostly related to your software area, well I cannot figure out precisely where the problem is, but what I can recommend you is to install Directx again, then install the video and sound drivers again.
And if nothing works then the last thing would be a format.

No! Never. what are ur PC specs, I think U might be running out of ram.

what you could do is delete your temp folder files, it could related to that file is corrupted in the temporary folder,

Sniper,
there is no files in the temp folder and for the ram,I have 512 mb and I think it is not the ram's problem.I have sent this problem to the microsoft and may I know how they will contact me?
