Enjoyable games

When u think of enjoyable games, which game comes at your mind. Not games with great graphics, or a great storylines. I mean, which game u had the most fun playing. My vote goes to "Harvest Moon" (snes). Started playing last week and I can't stop. The game is THE most enjoyable game I've ever played. (I never played the psx one yet, but BELIEVE ME! I'm gonna.)

hm, street fighters, early mortal kombats, unreal tourny, deus ex, and max payne were fun games that you could play without needing to involve yourself in the story, though deus ex had an excellent story anyways

Speaking of which, a new Sam and Max is on the way, that news made me very happy

Starfox 64. I can play that game every single day, and not get tired of it. Its the only reason I still have my N64 hooked up.

Any Pacman/Ms Pacman game, never get tired of 'em. Gauntlet Legends for the PSX, I've beat it once and I'm playing it again w/different characters (on ePSXe of course, love those graphics). Gauntlet Dark legacy for PS2, just started playing it and I found how to get the Ogre as my character. He just may replace the Minotaur as my favorite. Any of the Wild Arms games (1 & 2 on PSX and 3 on PS2). BOF 1 on SNES, couldn't stop playing.
There are others, but those will do for now.
sincerely,
sx/amiga

To sum up, rumors were tossed around that it was going to be for Xbox, but the site says that it is going to be PC and released first quarter 2004.

Dating Sims. The great storyline (which is included more often than not in this kind of game) is a welcome bonus, but for me it's always the thrill of the chase that often makes me play for 5 hours straight (assuming you know enough Japanese to get along and read the story as well, otherwise it's just 3 hours breezing through the dialogues) just so it doesn't leave me hanging whether I got the girl or not in the end.

But before I discovered them, I was hooked with sports games, particularly American football (you know, the one with the helmet and pads). I often dreamed of being a Heisman Trophy winner... too bad I live in the wrong country.

well,...I find story enriched RPGs to be the best. Playing Xenogears and FF VII 2 days in a row ( for each one of them), without sleep and without moving away except for important issues was SWEET!!!!!!! playing MGS, Sonic and Conker is also fun, and i always liked to mess around with the soldies in MGS

Snatcher. It has the greatest story I've ever seen in video game and it's was also so much fun to see the main hero, Gillian Seed flirting with every woman he've been encountering.
