I would have been talking about it if Smackdown SYM hadn't been released. Since November 15th, I've played only one game and can't get the enough of it.

Vice City is currently the number one seller for PS2 this season. But I think that not many ppl have it hear on NGemu.

Seriously, what's to talk about? The game is about as deep as the ocean on the moon.

I disagree whole-heartedly. Most people who say stuff like that about GTA3 haven't really looked at it closely. It is one of the deepest gaming experiences around. Alot of people just look at it and see people murdering civilians and having sex with hookers and think it's hedonistic trash, but they're not looking at the whole picture. It's a completely original living breathing city. There's a HUUUUUGE amount of detail, and I don't mean just graphically. People interact with each other, there are radio stations, billboards, believable geography and architecture. Tons of secrets and easter eggs. And the plot, while not the main focus of the game, is actual pretty cool. I personally think the plot is far more detailed and "deep" than my favorite Nintendo franchises like Mario, Zelda, and Metroid, which are all great games, but are all about gameplay and have basically no plot. The voice acting is also top notch and the game boasts a slew of quality actors.

You don't have to like the game... and keep in mind the game IS about being a criminal, namely a criminal getaway driver, so driving and doing criminal acts IS the focus of the game and gameplay revolves mainly around driving. So if you don't like that sort of stuff, you don't have to like it, but like and respect are 2 different things. Making a game like this is extremely difficult, and in this case, the game designers did an amazing job of actually creating a city and making it feel like it's a real place. So saying a game like is shallow just because you don't like it is grossly unfair and, in my opinion, extremely inaccurate.

Either you don't know anything about the moon, or you don't know anything about this game

Remember, GTA3 wasn't DEEP. GTA VC IS.

Syed, you might be onto something there, but I haven't really been interested in vice City enough to go out and play it. I would rather play BMX XXX.

Rhombus, I'm sorry, but GTA III didn't do anything for me. I have a copy, and I have gotten reasonably far in the game. I find that the AI is stupid to the point of ridiculousness, the living city is nothing more than a few scripted events, and the only real selling feature of the game is having sex with hookers and running over people. In my opinion, Dead or Alive Xtreme Volleyball or BMX XXX are deeper games.

If sex is your stuff, then really, that volleyball and bmx xxx is damn deeper than VC.

Vice city really makes you feel like a crook who takes over the entire city step by step. I didn't enjoy GTA. The guy you control had nothing about him. Vercetti has got attitude and you enjoy playing as him. You really feel like earning respect.

Im playing Vice City now, and I think its deeper than GTA3 alright but the story has no clear leads. I dont know what to do now that I have no missions to do. Sunny called up once and shouted at Tommy but what am I supposed to do?
