What games in 2003?

It's a little early I know, but all the games I have wanted for this year have already came out, and after I get Silent Hill 2, that's about it for this year for me.

Anyways, here's the big list of what's been announced that I want (and will probably buy) so far.

Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Skies of Arcadia Legends
Tales of Phantasia GCN
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
Star Fox Armada
Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 4
Splinter Cell
Starcraft: Ghost
Killer7
Pokemon Ruby
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Master of Orion III

1- This one has completely flown under my radar, what will the style be? Side-scrolling battles like Tales of Phantasia for the SNES, or...?

2- I hope to GOD that it is a space shooter once again (and that they re-use the cool music from the first level of Starfox for the SNES). I see Starfox Adventures in the store, and just think to myself, I will just play Starfox 64 instead (though Adventures did have that cool airship in it)

Recca, Splinter Cell isn't out on GameCube yet. It will be next year.

Final Fantasy Unlimited still hasn't showed up. It might have been scrapped entirely due to the unpopularity of the anime.

Tales of Phantasia GCN is an entirely new game using cel shaded graphics. There are a few screenshots to be found here and there. I think that there are a few at IGN.

You will love Star Fox Armada Kraiger. It's being developed by Namco for both Triforce and GameCube, and features classic Star Fox action.

GameCube arcade hardware developed by Sega, Namco, and Nintendo. Star Fox Armada is going to be one of the first games to use it.

Splinter Cell (PC) fro shur for me. I don't own any consoles except for a PSX (SCHP-1001 !) so I unless some of those get ported to PC, I'll unforunately not get a chance to play em. I'll be to busy with Splinter Cell anyway..

Well.... I wouldn't count on any of the others, but you will definately get a chance to play Master of Orion III and Splinter Cell on PC. Don't know if Master of Orion is your type of game or not, but I am really looking forward to it. It's been pushed back yet again though, so it's not coming out until next year now. (damn multiplayer bugs)

Recca, it will probably be emulated after the GameCube. (It's based on GameCube hardware after all.)

Heh. Silent Hill 3 might very well be on that list if I was a PS2 owner. But the game hasn't really even hooked me yet, so my interest in it is almost zero. (The trailers I have seen for it don't really appeal to me. I am going to have to wait and see.) Kind of interesting, considering I loved the SH2 trailers.

Yeah, I'm waiting for PC ports... the ones I'm most interested in are:

MGS2: Substance
GTA Vice City
Silent Hill 2 (is it out yet?)
FFX (possibly if there's a PC port)

Other games I'd be interested are a few RPG's for the PS2 (which I don't have):

Xenosaga
FF XII
.hack
