I was trying to get Taurus and Tessen but after the fight with them, them did not join me. What can I do now?

I am almost certain it deals with the branch in the road after Kucha.
Taking them in the wrong order - or backtracking at the wrong point, as per Ginrei and Kinrei - will cause you to miss them.

No. You have to reload at that point again to get them.
