Help a newbie GT2 problem

Im trying to get GT2 running properly. The game loads fine and everything works but once i click to start playing a game i get a blank black screen nothing happens.
any clues?

I have the same problem and no matter what I do it wont fix it. Maybe an admin knows. Most people say an older version will fix that problem.

well i just loaded up the old version and it works fine. sorry being the newbie i am i didnt search the board first

And u posted in the wrong thread, it related to emulation not gaming.
