Dungeon Explorer. It is like Gauntlet, but it does have a Quest mode as well, as I recall. Also Eye of the Beholder is another good first person RPG for Sega CD. Good luck finding them.
sincerely,

mmm... Heimdall was interesting, but I got stuck at some point and never played it again. As for Dungeon Explorer I really liked that game, although is a little more of a dungeon crawler... one that I would recomend, though is more graphic adventure than RPG, would be Snatcher... that game rocks...

There is a version of Dungeon Master II - The Legend of Skullkeep for Sega CD. But I would reccomend against playing it because it's too much of a pain to play without a mouse and keyboard. On top of that it's terribly slow. The Amiga version is the best.

It would be better if you play Eye of the Beholder... Dungeon Master II was indeed pretty slow...

Definately Dark Wizard if your looking for an RPG that willl take quite a bit of time to complete.

It's actually a strategy RPG but it's quite a bit of fun.

I posted screenshots of the game here
