Thumbs up who wants more games from ps2 to pc???
there's a FFXI for pc, y not a port from ps2. FFX is a gud one...for those who cant play online. like me i want to play FFX in my pc. or GT3

PC is very powerful than any consoles...(only much powerful if your on the high end computer side )

But hey, thats not impossible... PC offers a wide variety of option from the graphics, saving the CD in your HD via ISO or something, and many more.

Since ports aren't always as good as the versions the games were made for, I'd settle for a PS2 emulator. Muah ha ha ha.

Personally, I could care less. The only game I really want on PS2 is coming to PC anyway, and that would be Silent Hill 2. I guess I really wouldn't mind seeing Xenosaga, Star Ocean 3, or Shinobi ported though. (although I do think they belong on a console).

But yes, I am all for seeing games ported off of the PS2.

Ninja, can you tell me when it will be released? I can't find the PS2 version here.

As for the thread, I could care less if PS2 games are released on PC or not.

upcoming xenosaga on us would be good on PC... and add Metal Gear 2.

a miracle it would be if xenogears is ported on pc.

Just like prafull said i want 'em all cause ther are some places that are impossible to have the ps2 working, different from a computer where you can take it everywhere, i know it's hard to move it but how about a notebook? PS2 games to Nb...hmm sounds nice, i guess i'm thinking too much

Shuboltz, MGS2 is coming to PC as well.

Syed, I am afraid I don't have a release date, but I would guess it would be sometime this winter or next spring at the latest. I can definately wait that long.

Gt3 doesnt have such nice graphics actually. After taking my ps2 to over 4 houses I seen that my tv has the best graphics. But on most Tvs The cars have jaggies n all the stages have jaggies 2...I would say Baulders Gate Dark Alliance is the best graphics on PS2 yet...I never seen a single jaggie or lag on Baulders Gate Dark Alliance.

I never understand the "they do not belong on a pc (or they belong on a console)"-theory. It's also often heard with fighting games. But really, if they do not "belong on the pc", why do a lot of people here prefer to use epsxe for their psx games instead of a real ps? And it's not like they're unplayable on a pc or something...just get a good pad...
btw, it happens the other way 'round too. FPS on a console, sure, they might have what many people consider less suitable controls, but if people enjoy their fps on a console, why would it "not belong" there?
