thoough there isn't much due to it being an arcade version.. u playing it in zinc? it sweet it isnt it.. heh

Im, found a character move list with:

Time Release Characters- garuda, shadowgeister, kairi
but is not saying how to enable them.

is possible to choose garuda?

no need to wait. just unzip this cfg file (do not rename the *.cfg file) to the cfg folder and you can play them.
