Will the remake for gamecube include weskers report?

No, the only DVD bonus that contained the Wesker's Report was the preorder for RECVX for PS2. As you know this was the Wesker's report Part I, the second part can be found on several faqs for RE GCN at gamefaqs there you can find translated Wesker's Report II. The Wesker's Report II was only text at the capcom's japanese site.

Yeah I saw Wesker's report with Code veronica it was interesting but nothing you wouldn't know for playing the games really.

There was some kinda Wesker's Report thing in the back of the strategy guide for Resident Evil Code: Veronica.
