Delta Force Task Force Dagger Problem

Voodoo5 5500 on Omega driverson Win2k. Default 3dfx control panel settings. Basically the problem is this, I'm missing some graphics, mostly text stuff and crosshair. For example, When I press "ESC", the game will ask me if want to quit. But the problem is I don't the "...wanna quit?" text; or other in-game text. Some grphics are missing in the HUD and missing crosshair.

The weird thing is in Delta Force 3 Landwarrior, everything looks fine. I think both games use the same graphics engine, so I see no reason why I would have graphic problems more over the other.

Any ideas?
