C&C Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge
FreeSpace 2
Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Unreal & Unreal Tournament
Half-Life

There are a lot more but those are the ones I've played the most.

Well one game worth waiting for is
DOOM 3
I mean that game is huge and without any question the best game in pc {when it comes out}.

No doubt it looks good, but 3 things:
1) iD aren't exactly known for games with good plots, they are known for engines, so I'm wouldn't claim it's good till some reliable reviews say that.
2) Looks aren't everything
3) It's not out yet, and not due for quite a while.
