Xenogears for sure. Similar to Dungeon master, I dunno. Eye of the Boholder is on PC, as are the Ultimas. On the PSX I'm not sure.

Hey thanks..that was quick!

Yeah, lots of great PSX RPGs out there for sure..not too many Dungeon Master type games though..(puzzles and real-time battles etc)..Played them all on the PC and was on the lookout for a good PSX title to try through this wonderful Espxe..

Great recommendations so far guys! Much appreciated..

Cheers again..

Another RPG fanatic.

Star Ocean 2 is a classic.

Currently playing FF9 and FF6 - Both work fantastic.

It appears SO 2 is working just fine now (at least 11 hours into it). The Final Fantasy games are also a good call, and Legend of Legaia also seems to be great on 1.5.1. The Suikodens and Wild Arms have also worked pretty well on it.

Great RPG = Valkyrie Profile
Playable with ePSXe? = I think it is playable with ePSXe 1.5. My friend has just finished it with ePSXe, but you may need certain configuration though. Try to look at ePSXe discussion forum about it.

Every Final Fantasy game is like a book that you start reading and can't put down.

Actually, I could say the same for most of Square's RPGs. ie: chrono cross, chrono trigger, etc..

I got tired of RPGs after playing 7 straight (chrono cross, ff8, ff7, ff9, wild arms 2, suikoden 2, xenogears). I guess I shouldn't have done that....
