Generals Zero Hour Boss General

So i decided to pick this awesome game up again between now and 2 weeks ago, I beat normal game generals china,gla,usa all on HARDEST difficulty, then went to Zero hour missions for all factions again on hardest possible.

Then I went to the challenge, ("general" missions) And I took The Laser Usa general and beat all generals on hard, so yes I did beat leang boss general....

Now I remember she should be playable... But I look in the list and she isn't?

What do I need to do to make her playable?
