Ip block euro for euro game

So recently I've been running into region specific IP blocks for certain games. Since I'm not sure which category the U.S.V.I falls under, but I know it can't be U.S/Canada. I went out of my way to download the European version of Rumble Fighter.


To my dismay, after attempting to login I was greeted with with a message stating that the game was only available to U.S/Canada players.

It clearly says "European Users" in the fuxing logo.
