Snake and Sonic are both in Super Smash Bros Melee. I can't think of anything else.

Sonic is a clone of big boss, slightly deformend clone.

no seriously i think he is compairing the fan bases of the two games not the games themself.

just played a ton of Torchlight at a friends. holy balls it was cool. i'm too logged with games right now, but if theres a steam sale i'll have no choice but to get it. its has its quarks, and missing things like multiplayer, but there's so many solid ideas (having your pet run back to town to sell your loot! AWSOME!) i'd rate it a solid 8/10

The only big problem i have with that game is the difficulty. Its just too damn easy. I stopped playing because of that. Even on Very Hard mode as soon as you pick up a legenday weapon it goes from Very Hard mode to God Mode. I had to throw a bunch of weapons because they were too powerfull and made the game less fun.

Hope there is a patch soon.

I've been playing Torchlight for a bit now, but I can't get into it... The crack addiction isn't kicking in.

If they balance things out and add multiplayer then i think it would kick in.

New Super Mario Bros wii

played this over the weekend with a friend, haven't much fun with mario games since super mario world. This game is oldschool style and feels like a new game because of the multiplayer element. Some parts of the game is easy and some are hard (mostly ****ing up by getting in each other way). It does remind me a lot about SMB3 cuz its the same bosses besides the inclusion of Bowser Jr. This was the game wii needed since it doesn't have many AAA games. 9/10

I finally got two interesting items yesterday, so the addiction gained a few points. We'll see if it lasts...

well, trying to finish up asssassins creed that i got when it was $5 on steam. I feel i paid $5 more than what i should have. when i'm assassinating people, its awsome. i take my time and wait for that perfect moment, even if i don't really have to... but other than that... ugh... what a friggin chore. at first i thought the repetative nature of the game was just to ease me into it, but now 3/4 the way thru, i'm just sick of it. i have another town to go to, and i know exactly what i'm going to need to do there: save citizens, collect flags, destroy merchant stands, etc. and don't get me started about the fighting in the game. saving citizens requires you to fight multiple enemies, but the game is practically pleading with you to not fight more than one person as it soft targets random enemies and re-locks onto anyone attacking after you unlock to try and run away...

Their plan backfired. they offered the first game for $5 with the second on the way to try and get some new blood excited for the series, but for me, it completely killed any interest. i'm just going to suffer my way thru this game for the completionist in me, then i'll never speak of it again...

its pretty, and sounds good, but thats about it...
3/10

Parasite Eve. 9,5/10

Would've been 10/10 if it wasn't for the fact that it was too damn short!

yea but the wii version is so much better than the DS game, I would rather play on it on a big TV than a tiny screen. I prefer the wii version cuz it has old arranged mario music, instead of the crap on the DS game. Also the fact the wii version has a level editor so you can recreate levels from past mario games.

I wasn't trying to compare them, just stating I the DS version, from what you said, I should really love the Wii version. I hope to get it next year...

Of course the fact New Super Mario DS kept me happy in the hospital when I had my 4th open heart surgery last year might color my opinion of the game!

I joked with my sweetie Charline that I got ticked off when I had to recharge my DS lite and the IV was getting in my way of getting to the plug!

persona 2 eternal punishment 7/10

conversation system dumbed down, one option instead of four per character,

voice acting was somewhat cheesy, come on i am not going to let it get away with this line "woahh.... its getting bigger" i mean i hope the voice actor just meant that to be taken out of context,

and the final boss was too easy, yes i said it, in inoccent sin the final boss could wipe out pritty much all of my characters in one turn (well he had four attacks per turn) if he felt like it, in this one well he was lucky if he took out three, and i was completely underleveld (level 55 yes that was underlevel'd trust me the boss took some time to beat) for it aswell so the whole level excuse doesnt fit here.

And come on
Spoiler:
it cant keep up to a game who managed legitametly to include mecha natzis and hitler, I MEAN where the hell was mecha natzis.... sorry about that, and the joker here was not as good as the first one, i mean he wasnt crazy enougth and the whole death letter note really didnt have too much affect later in the story, and well turning him into some weird negetive energy plot device so he can become anyone who called him kind of fecked me off, just a little bit, all in all not the same affect as the last joker.

but all in all still a good game, mildly confusing if you havent played innocent sin, at least if i remember right last time i played it i was confused, but that was a year ago so... anyway good game some flaws, end of story.

aghhh sorry for the inchoreant (sp?) rant.
