I find Daggerfall interesting, which is odd because I hate the living hell out of Morrowind. Oblivion isn't that bad though, aside from the fact that the engine is a buggy piece of trash.

Speaking of that, have fun dealing with more bugs than Oblivion ever had.

I tried playing Daggerfall not too long ago. The dungeons are mazes, are too long and confusing, and controls are frustratingly old. I didn't last long...

I myself enjoyed lots of game series, like Resident Evil and Metal Gear, but if I have to choose one game, I would say "Shenmue" is the BEST game ever created, this game I lived in.

My favorite fighter surprisingly is probably DBZ:Budokai Tenckaichi 2.
Tenkaichi 3 went from complicated to ridiculous in terms of controls...

As much as i'd like to sound old school and pick some great Genesis or Nes games, i have to go with Metal Gear Solid 4. It was an experience above all others

The rest of MGS series and games like Street Fighter 2, Streets of Rage, Final Fight (arcade), Final Fantasy 8, Silent Hill, hold a special place in my gaming book as well.

Ultima 7, Dune, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, Might & Magic: World of Xeen

Second
Castle of the Winds, Might & Magic 3: Isle of Terra, and Quest for Glory 4

PS. For the person who was wondering what the name for the expansion for Baldur's Gate 2 is the answer is below.

Baldur's Gate expansion is Tales of the Sword Coast.

PC games usually fall under 3 categories

Hentai
action & adventure(can be both or can be separated ).
And if you take doujins under consideration (which we should even if there are free there some very good games out there):
Shootem'ups
Fighting.
Platformers.
