In search for some PC RPG´

Well as the title indicates: i´m in search for some PC RPGs mainly fantasy and animelike..

Any remmomendations? I was thinking about games where you are pilot of a mecha like Xenogears or something just like anime "The Candidate for Godess". But as said, i am also in search for some goodfantasy RPG (like Final Fantasy perhaps?)

The Witcher! The enhanced edition mind you, don't buy the original no matter how cheap you get it, just get the enhanced edition... Its sort of old school fantasy rpg. Scored numerous awards for "game of the year".

well it depends on what style of rpg your looking for, may i suggest baldur's gate (1 or 2 but if you decide to get the second one get the expansion and the mod that makes it harder) or planescape torrment, or fallout or if your thinking more in the jrpg type, theres only realy the rubish ff ports (good luck getting them to run took me two weeks to get it to work on vista) available that i know about (if anyone knows about anymore id like to know about them).

It is playable though. But its true that GOOD jrpg's are pretty rare on PC, unless you have emulators of course!

But one that kind of reminds jrpg's: "Anachronox" which has turn based random battles, and isn't a bad game actually. The best part is the plot and great humor!

You won't find many jRPGs on PC. Only serious RPGs.

I thought I gave you an answer like... months ago?

Oh well... here's a list of JRPG style games on PC that I know of:

Pretty much ALL Chinese RPGs. Note: Chinese only.
Phantasy Star Online
Phantasy Star Universe
Anachronox
Septerra Core
Breath of Fire IV
Ys series

Aside from those, there's practically no JPRG on PC due to lack of a fanbase.
