Kingdom hearts 2 : final mix+ on pcsx2

Well i got kingdom hearts 2 final mix+ and i have tried to play it on pcsx2. It works pretty fine but lags everytime in fights, shining objects and things and rpg like 35-55fps. So have anyone got this game worked properly?? im using Pcsx2 0.9.4 with beta 0.9.5 SVN. Graphic plugin is ZeroGS kosmos 0.97.1 and cdvdrom linuzappz ISO 0.70. Im running vista and I got 4,00Gt ram, NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GS and AMD phenom(tm) 8450 triple-core processor. please help

KH, as far as I know, is CPU dependent, so unless you can speed up your CPU (OC), it's probably not likely that you can gain much speed.
Try to shut down other active programs, and make sure you enabled MTGS & DC mode.
What's your CPU clock rate by the way?

well its 2096MHZ,my last comp broke day before yesterday so i bought new one.

hmmm it's pretty slow, you need at least 2.8GHz to get a decent speed I'm afraid :/
I'm not sure how well AMD X3 overclocks, and you should read more into it before you do anything.

yeah now i remember why i used zeroGs,because sometimes gdsx gives grey screen and u have to restart the game

Well, it's an known issue for the current versions of setup since KH2 is still 'ingame' technically and has some random crashes. :/

Same goes for ZeroGS, but not that frequently

The slowdown is a known issue, it's because of the emulator and it wont get better until our loved developer team releases a new version where the **** bug is fixed! xD

btw: the search function would list you many threads discussing the same problem.

well i hope there will come better plugins and pcsx2 versions and then my KH will work in full speed.

YEp,im hoping too that they fix that issue. :S

The speed again, will depend more on CPU xD, you can't get 100% fps with 2GHz even on fully compatible games. :/
and your GPU is not well enough either, it's actually a crippled 8series with more mem.
