help, I can't get NFS:Pro Street running on my PC.

There appears to be a patch but it's huge. I need to find a site where I can resume a download because I'm on dialup.

The game crashes when it boots up. I dunno why, but I'm hoping the patch will fix it!

My specs are AMD 5000 2.6 ghz dual core, NVIDIA 8600, SB LIVE! 2 GB Ram, 30 GB and 500 GB Hard Drive.

It should run, why it crashes, I dunno.

you have a lot of crashing problems dont you ;p

anyway you can probably take one of the download links from NFS-Planet - Need for Speed ProStreet, Undercover, Carbon, Most Wanted, Underground Series, Hot Pursuit 2, Porsche

just cut out the bit starting in http or ftp (after download.php?) and ending with .exe then paste that in to flashget or something.

It appears the Playstation to PC adapter crashes the game. I had to remove it, and use my Nyko AirFlo controller. The game now works. I haven't tried Sega Rally Revolution yet that was the problem as well.

I have a DOA4 Controller *XBOX 360* for the CPS2/3/Neo Geo games.

I paid $8 at a Radio Shack store that was going out of business. It has came in handy for games that don't like my Dual Shock controllers.

My DOA4 controller, btw, crashes both Taito Legends 1 and 2, so I have to keep it unplugged when I'm playing those 2 compilations of games.

That's a bummer with PC games, you need a few controllers just because some of the games won't work or will crash with the ones you like.

Damn that's a nice controller....I wish I would be able to get it in a regular shop around here...unfrotunately the cheapest good controller I could go for the was Logitech Chillstream which is also an X360 controller.
