You need to convert it first.

Make sure the save's name was the same as the game.

i did im useing Savesgames Converter website and it does not seem to be working

Yes i downloaded the gamesave then converted it then renamed it and replaced it in the battery folder then i ran the game and it did not work although i did the same with a pokemon pearl save and that seemed to work so im confused on why Diamond is not work

Maybe the region was not the same.

i have the (us) game i downloaded both us saves none of them worked i then downloaded a europe save that didt work either although the pearl(us) download works and i tested something els i downloaded a mario kart(europe) save and played it on the us game and the save worked so i dont think region matters but maybe if i downloaded the europe version of the game and then download the europe save it may work(i dobt it) but possible. could you maybe download one of the saves and use it on yours and see what results you get while i try this?

None of the saves for pokemon diamond/pearl on gamefaqs work on no$gba, since I have tested them (at least for diamond I mean.)
