1. Secret of Mana 2. Final Fantasy 3 3. Crono Trigger 4. Super Mario World I've played through all of those games at least 5 times since they've been released.

I know it's more than four, but I can't decide. All of these I remember playing alot and enjoying alot. Yes, I consider all of them favorites. The Super Nintendo was just good like that. Also, this is not in any order. I can't decide on that either.
