Any of these are worse than Assault on Ps1 ? I don't think so.
That was horrible.

The first Castlevania on the N64?
I loved that game. I think it is one of the most underrated games ever.

I'm going to be with Magic Hobo... shadow the hedgehog on ps2 was so bad that it severly damaged the image I had of Sega.... not that other Sega games are helping restore it, nowadays...

...I actually only started following them seriously when they started to release Saturn ports for PC, and then also explored a large portion of their back catalogue. I think they were great during the Saturn/Dreamcast era, and also shortly afterwards, but then it went downhill very rapidly, with now just the odd good title in between (but those intervals seem to be getting longer and longer as well).

There's any number of absolutely abysmal games I've played that would qualify. However, if there's any hyped game I've played that would qualify as the worst it would be Halo.

I also used to hate Halo but when I recently played it I found it more enjoyably to kill looney aliens making strange annoying little noises, than zombies, real people, or some sort of monster as so many serious FPSs have. Then again...I am not really an FPS gamer...I prefer racing games or RPGs.

We are not really talking about likes and dislikes here. More simply a bad game, bad gameplay, bad graphics, bad presentation, bad story, riddleded with bugs etc.
Stronghold Legends was certainly not that.

Command & Conquer: Renegade.. that game had more bugs/glitches than any game to date.. The College I went to had us find as many glitches/bugs in that game as we could in 1 hour, and if I recall ( was like 3-4 years ago sorry ) we ended up at around 300+ with around 15 ppl working on it...

'Big Brother, the Computer game' (PC) My bro got it from a 'special offer' 50p per/game bin in Woolworths years ago when Oh Brother started on TV in the UK. It was basically 6 extremely short flash minigames bundled onto a CD. And they were chargin' something stupid like £10-£30 for it at first. A proper rip off. |
