No$GBA forum added

No$GBA is one of the most advanced GBA/NDS emulator out there and it is only normal for it to have it's own section. The misc handheld section was flooded with questions about No$GBA.

Yeah I moved the obvious 2007 threads that were from the misc section. Didnt feel like doing much more than that. Would be kinda pointless

Not needed yet. If it gets more popular (like No$GBA) it'll get its own section.

Watch once they put out a new emu there will be a flood of posts for it,you watch and see. i hope they put out another because it is a very awesome emu

I've played few games on No$GBA, it working fine but not perfect. Hope next emu will be much better
