how do you guys pick new admins? is there some sort of rigorous process, or is it like ">insert name< is helpful, lets promote em"?

Btw, I think they need 1 more admin. Total up the 3 new admin's post count, and they can't even beat one Lord Kane ^^

well congrats yelo and strider. you two definitly deserved it. and the rest of you don't get your hopes up. You could be here ten years and Razor Blade wouldn't even think of making you (that includes me) an admin. It's just a certain type of member I guess. Of which yelo and strider are perfect
