Let's clear this up.
Kaiser Sigma IS a mod, as Razor blade is one (ngemu game related). Basically AFAIK there's a new hidden discussion area for the ngemu game developers. In order for the game developers to "see" it they were upgraded to mod status. Also upgraded was FF]Dragoon. However their powers are limited to simply accessing that forum. So as far as members are concerned, they aren't any different from normal users.
