These forums have gotten so big . . . but unlike other forums, people stick together. I haven't been around recently (ahem . . . Zelda ), so I'll hafta catch up, but from what I've seen in a couple of other big forums I've been to, there's more of a sense of belonging here. Take me back!

Hey guys calm down, change isnt always bad, most of the time its good. And this time its for the better. Things are looking up at the moment so dont worry about the past, think about where its going.

This is one of the best threads I've read in quite sometime. I hope we can continue on this way. And if help is needed, I'd love to do everything I possibly can to do it. Just drop me a line

Thanks nameless for the comments on the thread. That is why I started it, for good input (which has been given) from the members.
Esturk, please don't be that way. EfrainMan was simply stating how he felf. There are many changes coming and many more be considered. It is a litlle bit much to take in all at once. Welcome back EfrainMan, and Esturk, I hope you will think about what I have just said. Thanks.
sincerely,

Well,I think the fact of getting more admins will help keeping it under control and in a better shape, and knowing about the possible changes to the forums,I know it will keep going better .
Oh,and as Nameless said,a very interesting thread, cause of the feedback,it helps everyone to know what to do in order to make this place better.

Look on the bright side...if everyone woulld be as intelligent and civilized as the majority of NGEMUers are we'd all have stiffer job competition instead of nice houses built by the aforementioned low-borns.

Take the lamers with a cup of tea and a grain of salt.

Just because lamers are here spamming and stuff doesn't mean that the people should leave (not pointing on anyone i just don't get it though, i mean you could tell one of the admins and then im 100% sure that he would investigate this matter til'l its over). Thats why we have admins to close and ban when needed. i have nothin against this place and will stay til'l the end, heck this is my second Home sweet home, the first is my bedroom

PS: All admins and mods do what needs to be done and thats that.

Well My post on this matter is probably a bit off. But for a while I stopped visiting these forums. Mainly because alot of the stuff I saw happening in the off topic forums(open discussion).

So I stopped coming for a bit. I also see no point in posting when you leave. You can stop coming all together. Or take a break from the forums as I did. Also something I know is my coming and going doesn't affect the forum overall. So Why post?

As a general rule I avoid offtopic forums such as open discussion. Simply because I generally find no interest in whats posted there. I come to emulation/hardware forums to talk about games/emulation/hardware.

So I avoid the open forums. Simple as that. But if your so upset about these forums. Don't post. General complaints are fine sometimes. But once the law has been layed down. Accept it. These forums are provided to us at no cost but the expense of the moderators and ngemu's bandwith. They have no obligation to satisfy you or me.

Chris.

Well, I'm doing my part as a regular member, to not be a lamer or a spammer. And I'll continue to do so.

Alright,....I began a crazy membership by posting a thread and claiming that Pete plugins do not supporting 3D graphics, and everyone enjoyed a good laugh on me! ,...then i broke the rulz accidently a couple of times when i sent a bios to newbies who were asking for it. Anyhow,...i appologize for all the things i did when i started using this forum,...i am trying my best to help people without breaking the rulz. I have seen alot of forums, but this one is just one of the best. I will keep doing my duty as member,... and thanks to everyone for keeping this forum alive!!

I just want to say that, as far as I'm concerned, we have the greatest bunch of members and guests I have ever seen.
I have been on other boards (the original ePSXe board, the bleem! boards, and the VGS boards, to name a few) and these boards were a mess. Swearing, lamers, rom begging, you name it, it was there. The ones running sites tried to stop it, but it still persisted.
I believe that it was not the fault of the Webmaster(s) or Admins that these boards got like this, I believe it was the kind of members on the boards that did that.
Fortunately, PSXEmu and NGEmu have alway had good decent people on the boards. Most of these bpeople uphold the rules and help out where and whenever they can. There have been a few exceptions, but hey, there are exceptions to everything.
So what I am saying is if all of you board members, regulars, and guests, will continue to act as you allready have, we may just be able to keep NGEmu alive. If Bobbi sees how nicely and smoothly things are going then it may help to convince him to continue.
Thanks all for hearing me out and you really are the best bunch a person could associate with. You all are like my extended family. Take care.
sincerely,
sx/amiga
Thanks for your kind words Sxamiga...... I am glad to know that you consider us your extended family, and know that I'm sure that with your words, you give us hope and will to restore NGEmu to what it was before (old psxemu times) so anything you need, just tell us, we'll try to do as our best to help you..... and tyhank you, because after all you have been like a father for us all in this place called emuforums
