I REALLY like that subtle blue effect, Strider. The first one you just posted kicks. I like how you highlighted the edges of the "ngemu" in the back

The top of those 2 new ones by Strider is the better IMO, but thats probs just because I dislike green.....

Yeah, I like #12 myself as well Strider

A couple of pointers though, if I may:

- the 'NGEMU' at the background could be a bit less noticeable, especially considering the fact the design itself already has 'NGEMU' in the background so it's not really necessary.

- the lightblue shading of the foreground-'NGEmu' looks slightly unappropriate; you might want to try #10456B or #102C52 instead.

- the black border of the slogan is slightly overdone, might want to make it 1 or 2px less.

- finally, you might want to put everything 10px down so as to vertically center everything.

btw... how did you do those patterns anyways... did you have to dl them or are they already installed in aps? and the blurs in the back as well... cause those are some pretty nice effects.
