you need to have been a member for at least 30 days.

Try looking at your profile from user control panel. The field to change your title should be there if you already been a member for at least 30 days. If you cant change them maybe there are something wrong somewhere.

The star system also has a problem now, based on your postcount now, you should have 2 star but you have none. Just look at me, I have 450 postcount but I only have 3 star

. I should already got 4 or 5 star by now

I think it's just a glitch. It seemed to happen after the server move. It may have been a little earlier tho.
