It's suppose to be the most popular articles viewed.....it just appears that way because we only started adding news a week ago. Once it becomes more populated, it won't appear coincidental anymore (you'll see what I mean when a new PCSX2 version is released)

*cough*, it fails. k, nuff said. the old homepage was better in every way. small modification of it would've gotten them what they wanted with the new one.

I'll agree with you there. Just look at the small block chevy. Almost 60 years old and in the Corvette ZR1, kicked Ferrari's ***.

under the hood, it was a mess. There were PHP errors all over the place, and half the admin interface was German

Don't go blaming crowdgather on this.....this was my idea, and damn it, it will work well

It's gonna be alot of work to get back all of the content we use to have. The first big thing is to get our download catalog up.....we will be using a vBulletin mod called DownloadsII for this. Then we can work on getting as much content as we can get on the new homepage.

why is it that i cant get in to the plugin pages....ive got the pj64 up and until now my controller plug is startin to bug out on me. and was wantin to get a new one for days but when i click on ANY link on homepage i just get redirected back to it o.0

The only controller plugin you need is hosted at emutalk in the plugins section.

If possible, I'd like to see the posting date be returned to the news items on the front page. I like to stop by every so often to check for new headlines, and its often easiest to do this by glancing to see if the date has changed lately.

we are working on having the name of the writer and date added under the article title.

Even though the new main page does in fact look similar to other CG owned websites, I do have to say that it's style does in fact look more better/appealing than the old bland and blue look that NG was sporting for a while.
