Is this even possible If so How would I go about doing this. wouldn't I need a program Like Glide64 to edit the rom

I have already done a little research into this area. I understand there is a rom dumping device that I need. I also saw in another thread here that I can do it with one of the older gamesharks? Can someone please explain this to me? I am NOT going to download the rom, so don't even bother mentioning it.

It simply just crashes on its own... I read about the rewrite effort to Coccoa of the author but haven't heard back him since.. now I am abandoned with a MacPro that could not play Paper Mario T_T. (Installing BootCamp is the only solution). Does anyone know any native Mac N64 emulator out there?
