I bought a new case for my PC: HAF 932 (original). But it came the HAF 932 AMD Edition, which has a better visual, but it doesn't have the lateral fan. I want to work with two video cards in my PC, then I would like to know some opinions about that... if you recommend me to ask the shop to bring me the original case or if I should stick with this special edition? My real worry is about the cooling... if this AMD Edition will not comprimise my two video cards because of the high temperature!

I have searched a lot about that... most sites and forums says that this AMD Edition doesn't have much diference compared with the original, it does only increases 2~3 ºC in the video cards, and the difference between both cases starts appearing when you want to use 3 video cards or more, etc... However, some people say that the missing lateral fan can increase in 10 ºC the temperature of the video cards, etc... So, I want to know your opinion, specially if you passed by a similar situation...

Thank you very much! :thumb:

I've only recently started using DeSmuME and I probably won't use it again under normal circumstances but I've heard about this game and decided to play. At first I tried No$gba but couldn't use the mod feature so then I took up someone's advice and tried it with this emulator and did the fix so that I could do the mod. But for some reason the sound is all over the place. most times slow and occasionally fast and maybe I'm wrong but this seems like a game that waits on sound ques. Other than the sound problem it's playing pretty well and I didn't think it would seeing that DeSmuME is mainly for high-spec devices and my laptop is far from.
So I guess what I'm asking is is there a way to fix the sound so that I can continue to play this apparently great game.
Thanks:D

I recently downloaded the PSXE emulator and an Oddworld: Abe's Oddessy ROM. I have a logitech USB control pad that works perfectly fine with any other emulators. At first I could not get the game to work with the emulator, but I downloaded the plug-ins and whatnot that I needed and it loaded up fine, at which point all of my controls worked perfectly EXCEPT for the ability to move left and right. If I sort of mash the D-Pad Abe will look left and right, and every once in a while he will take a step, but for the most part, the buttons do nothing in the way of making him move. How do I fix this problem?

Okay, putting aside my previous problem with VBA OSX (I decided to use the Windows version of the original), I went ahead and played Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue for the first time in a long while...then I found a problem that seems to be very common between the game's I have played from that series on VBA:

For whatever reason, certain enemies who launch projectiles on screen, will inexplicably fail to launch them.

The degree of this glitch/ bug/ error varies from game to game in the series, from being unable to launch unless the player is on the same row of panels, to not being able to launch if they are two rows down from the player, to pseudorandomly being unable to launch a projectile at all in any case whatsoever.

This seems to be a problem with how VBA handles objects on screen (I can't be sure, however, I'm no programmer and couldn't decipher VBA's code if I tried), and this seems to happen to all enemies who launch projectiles high up on or off the screen in an arc, with a few exceptions.

This happens with every enemy in the games that launches projectiles in an arc.

Has anyone else experienced this on other GBA emulators, or knows if there are versions of these roms that don't contain the problem? It would be nice to know.
