zane's mouse plugin epsxe compatability

Hey guys I'm just trying to get zane's mouse plugin to work in epsxe it isn't on the compatibility list in the readme put it also says that it willl work with any emulator that uses PSEmu Pro plugins and I want to know whether or not epsxe uses those. Thanks in advance

ePSXe doesn't use input plugins on Windows. Just go to the gamepad's settings on ePSXe, and select "mouse/digital" as controller type.-
